How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY will do all we can to be flexible with our return policy. Please work with us to minimize returns. Make sure that you are ordering the correct product. If there is any question, please call us at 800-569-9849 or email [email protected]. We would be happy to help!

  • If we send you something that you did not order, we will refund your order in full. We will also pay for the return shipping.
  • Please check your product upon receipt, as we know when it leaves our warehouse it is in perfect condition. If it is damaged in any way, you can refuse the package from UPS.
  • If you have ordered the wrong product, we will still either refund or replace that item, but you will be charged for the return shipping.
  • All products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, or full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For defective products, you may return them for replacement within 90 days of purchase.
